Chief Executive OfficerPrabhat is spearheading the journey of IFS from a start-up to becoming an established entity in Indian Financial Services industry. While working with some of the leading Banks & NBFC's, he has risen through ranks from being a front-line Sales Executive to a Team-Leader, to Zonal-Head & Business-Head in a Bank to a CEO at present. During most of his stints in Banks & NBFC's, Prabhat has built business verticals from scratch, and has proven track-record of fast-track growth and quantified achievements. His cumulative experience, of handling various consumer as well as corporate financial products, helps him to chart an ambitious growth journey for IFS.
Prior to joining IFS, Prabhat was the Business Head for retail agri vertical at IndusInd Bank, & has also been the Business Head for Rural Enterprise Finance vertical at L&T Finance. Before that, he was associated with YES Bank and Axis Bank in strategic roles at their Agri & Rural Banking teams.
Having strong roots into finance & planning, strategy building and analytical strengths. Prabhat has managed to achieve significant milestones across his professional journey. Prabhat has over 16 years of diverse experience in the financial services sector and has held key management positions at leading global financial institutions. He envisages newer opportunities and grabs them instantly. This peculiar insight intensifies the team's approach and also harmonizes long-term associations with all stakeholders.
Education & Achievement
- MBA (Agribusiness) & Graduation in Agricultural Science from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar.
- Won the "CEO's LEAGUE OF EXCELLENCE" Award and recognized as "YES Champion" at YES Bank on 29th January, 2010, in the first batch of awardees when these awards started.
- Awarded "25 Most Talented Rural Marketing Professionals of India" by Rural Marketing Forum (CMO Asia, Asia Retail Congress) on 14th Feb, 2015.
